Ad-Shield is an ad-tech startup that leverages cutting-edge adblock recovery technology to help the worlds' leading publishers recover revenue lost to ad-blocking. With innovative solutions, we are creating a new market worth over $250bn. As a rapidly growing startup, we have been experiencing explosive growth, with monthly growth of 30%+.

Our mission is to create a sustainable ad-supported web ecosystem. Intrusive ads prompt users to install ad blockers, resulting in revenue losses for publishers. In response, publishers increase the number of ads, which in turn leads to even more ad blocker installs. To break this vicious cycle, we aim to protect minimum better-ads-compliant ads to support healthier digital ad ecosystem.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation
  • Act as the point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders; maintain strong client relationships
  • Monitor the overall performance for clients and lead optimization efforts
  • Develop a comprehensive and deep technical knowledge of our products
  • Identify and document new functionality requests and bug notifications from clients

Essential Skills

  • Fluent or highly proficient in English; need to communicate entirely in English
  • 2+ years of work experience as a Customer Success Manager or client-facing roles preferably in the advertising / adtech field
  • Quick learner with the ability to learn and adapt to new product / services
  • Strong documentation skills, including being able to draft user guides and sales presentations

Desirable Skills

  • Understanding of advertising technologies
  • Knowledge of programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSP platforms, ad servers, data providers, viewability and brand safety, attribution and measurement partners, campaign tactics, etc.)
  • Any IT background or software development experience a plus
  • Additional languages or experience of working with overseas clients and other cultures would be advantageous
